Hope you all had a lovely October, it’s always a beautiful time of year when the leaves start to turn and it gets Autumnal. It’s usually a good time for reflection as well, as the seasons change. And also of maybe letting go of something that is weighing you down. No need to carry everything around all the time, you’ll know when the time is right just to leave that baggage behind.
