Happy New Year! Well we’ve made it through the festive period, hopefully all in one piece, all be it with a few extra pounds(I know I have)! I don’t do resolutions any more but usually get a sense of what I want to set out for myself around November/December time. The first came to me with my new diary and my ‘Waves Of Change’ thoughts began. The sense/need for Freedom has also come through, and I know what that means for me. So rather than make resolutions that set you up for failure, why not set yourself intentions that you can work on for the whole year. Change a little at a time and you’ll get a sense of rewarding yourself rather than a reprimand. So what would your intentions be for 2026? Hopefully more self care, which I also need to look at for this year.
